ROLES
1- Supervising the cleaning and security work.
2- Supervising and ensuring the property is well-maintained, coordinating repairs, and overseeing routine inspections.
3- Addressing tenant concerns, handling lease agreements, and working to resolve conflicts to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
4- Coordinate with the finance and legal department on pending claims and ensure that the property complies with all legal requirements.
5- Following up with relevant external parties
