Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation.
• Develop new and innovative mocktail recipes, keeping up with current trends and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with training new staff members on mocktail preparation and presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and address any issues promptly and professionally.

Work Environment:

• This role requires standing for extended periods and working in a bustling environment.
• The Mocktail Maker will often work evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Mocktail Maker, Bartender, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages, including juices, syrups, and garnishes.
• Creative flair for developing new and unique mocktail recipes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in beverage preparation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus, but not required.
