Area Manager

1-    Managing, coaching, motivating and developing existing promotion team to drive revenue growth.

2-    Implementing efficient and creative sales strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the promotion team.

3-    Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.

4-    Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to head of department.

5-    increasing sales within an assigned area.

6-    Monitoring progress towards the plans and vision.

7-    Preparing of Sales Presentations & Documentations.

8-    Ensuring strict adherence to all Avalon Pharma policies and procedures.

9-    Assisting the National Sale Manager in the collection of relevant market intelligence and data in the area.

10-  Maintaining cooperative and productive relationships with the other business departments in the company, so that mutual expectations for support, services and information are defined, agreed and satisfied.

11-  Encouraging sales team to submit informative CRM reports about the sales activities in their areas.

  • Submitting a report to the National Sale manager on monthly base about the relevant movement, trends and deviations from the plan and recommend an appropriate responses and actions needed.sales opportunities.

Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

 

Experience: At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
