Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator at Cross Oceans United in Dammam.
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the profitability of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction estimating
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in estimating or related roles
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) are a plus
