- Installation and Commissioning:
- Install new equipment according to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards.
- Configure and test equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Repair or replace faulty components.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to customers over the phone or in person.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Customer Service:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in Trouble shooting.
- 2-3 years experience in the industrial equipment , wood machines , steel and aluminum machines (Cutting machines , laser machines , wood working machines ... )
- CNC machining center experience .
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
