JOB PURPOSE

To manage the development of proof of concept (POC), ensure proper product assembly and configuration, and provide level-2 support on incidents related to systems in accordance with set guidelines and requirements

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibility

• Develop Proof of Concept (POC) for new products and solutions customizations, development of prototypes, on-site surveying and testing and new systems implementation, and raise to higher management for review
• Check & support in the Implementation of POC/system in accordance with design blueprint
• Perform minor change requests in order to successfully deliver on POC/system
• Develop products and solutions assembly and installation manuals
• Components Assembly • Order needed components and licenses to support product and solution assembly
• Support product assembly and configuration ensuring abidance by set requirements
• Conduct in-lab power-on unit testing on assembled products and solutions
• Level-2 Support • Investigate level-2 incidents and problems across products and solutions
• Develop technical performance assessment reports highlighting SLA breaches and improvement opportunities
• Develop technical level-2 support, responses and mitigation actions for identified incidents and threats on systems

Planning and Strategy

• Guide, mentor and develop the System Architecture and Design department’s team as part of their continuous development

Budget Management

• Provide budgetary inputs based on planned future research and prototying needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

Education and Certification: B. Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or master’s in computer application or other graduation stream with relevant experience
