Job Purpose:


To handle the customer’s needs, sell and cross sell the bank products and ensure the quality of the service to achieve the bank objectives.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Sell and cross-sell bank products and provide its services with a high-quality level.
  • Comply with Bank AlJazira Quality Standards.
  • Execute Bank AlJazira Services in a timely mannered within Bank AlJazira Quality Standards.
  • Fulfill customer needs by ensuring a high quality of service within the range of authority provided.
  • Attend customer’s problems and inquiries.
  • Direct the customers to the most suitable product/service.
  • Strengthen the relationships with customers.
  • Show co-operation and commitment to teamwork and assist other staff.


Experience:

  • 3 years of sales experience.
  • Banking field is preferred.
