  • Follow safety policies for a secure work environment.
  • Ensure drivers meet quality standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate deliveries with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Manage and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents in SAP.
  • Share POD reports with management promptly.
  • Complete system transactions accurately.
  • Maintain transportation documentation for internal and external fleets.
  • Arrange daily transportation resources with contractors.
  • Oversee third-party logistics operations.
  • Execute the daily delivery plan for on-time service.
  • Identify and improve delivery processes with sales and warehouse teams.
  • Monitor department KPIs to achieve goals.
  • Train and develop the team through coaching and feedback.
