A. Accountabilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
- Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.
- Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals or produce the products required within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
- Responsible for maintaining and reporting the project cost, scope, timeline, and quality.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments within the company.
- Ability to manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Must continuously monitor project key parameters and take a corrective action in case the parameters affect the project performance.
- Ability to manage vendors, and third-party contractors.
- Ability to identify, log, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
- Ability to properly manage the customer, control scope creep and gold plating.
- Ability to report and escalate to management as needed.
- Ability to define acceptance criteria or working with specialists to define acceptance criteria for project deliverables and will work towards achieving stakeholder acceptance of deliverables.
- Ability to develop a resource plan and communicate the resource requirements to the respective parties.

B. Qualification:
- Ability to bring the project to a close, which includes creating an end of project report, hold project closure meetings and activities, capture and communicate relevant lessons learned.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the technology being used in order to understand and question requests coming from specialists and technical staff and to evaluate what is reasonable or possible.
- Must understand relevant methodologies, processes and standards and ensure that all project team members understand and follow these.
- Ability to generate many types of document, including requirement specifications, contracts, schedules, personnel records, project reports, communication (email) records, design specifications, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Project, Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio or other appropriate tools to manage people and tasks and keep up to date.
- Must possess Agile knowledge/experience.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English.
C. Experience:
- +5/- years project management experience, managing all phases of IT project lifecycle/Software .
D. Education and Certification:
- Bachelor degree in IT / Electronics/ Information Technology.
- PMP Certified.
