We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Deputy CEO to join our long-term care organization in Saudi Arabia. With a current capacity of over 200 beds, this is an exciting opportunity for a leader who excels in both strategic and operational management.

Description


Profit & Loss Management: Oversee the financial performance of the organization, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of care.Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.Non-Clinical Operations: Manage non-clinical functions, including administration, facilities, and support services, to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's long-term strategy, particularly in areas of expansion and service enhancement.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and international standards, particularly in health and safety.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, healthcare professionals, and government authorities.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.




Profile


Proven track record in managing P&L in a healthcare setting.Extensive experience in both clinical and non-clinical operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is a plus.Clinical Degree or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
