Associate , Marketing & Communication

  1. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
  2. Content Creation: Develop compelling content for blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
  3. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Compile and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
  4. Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and webinars. Handle logistics, coordinate with vendors, and assist with on-site management.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics. Prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and managing marketing assets.


  1. Document procedures, processes, and workflows, and recommend changes for greater efficiencies


  1. Public Relations: Review content generated by the PR team in relation to interviews, media engagements and media articles to ensure it aligns with the PR strategy


  1. Develop and maintain an archiving system for different communications activities and documents i.e. media, memos, contracts, printings.

  2. Demonstrated expertise in marketing communications, with specialization in internal communications.
  3. Expert communicator: able to write and edit communications that translate the Company’s goals, objectives, and initiatives.
  4. Able to easily build relationships and credibility across functions and at every level.
  5. Flexible approach to work with ability to toggle between projects and priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  6. Able to manage projects from beginning to end applying resourcefulness and a can-do spirit.
  7. Perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment.
  8. Practices open and continuous communication, keeping others informed, 
  9. Effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
  10. Proficiency with MS Office computer programs are required.

3. Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 1 - 3 years of experience in a marketing or related field.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  5. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
