Customer Service Trainer

We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to our customer service team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement training programs for our customer service team.
  2. Design and deliver training sessions on customer service best practices, including effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  3. Assess the training needs of our customer service team and develop customized training plans.
  4. Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
  5. Experience in developing training materials and resources.
