Basic Requirements:

- Proficient in using Excel.

- Generate invoices & follow up

- Excellent writing/speaking ability in English.

-The ability to work under pressure.

- Personal collaboration skills.

 

Other Requirements:

- Can generate basic financial reports.

- Proficient in using a computer.

- Read and follow up on emails.

- Follow up on appointments and meetings schedules.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Team & Zoom.

- Type, Reminder to-do-list & Agenda.

- Create and review customer invoices.

- Outstanding payments follow up/collections.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, word , outlook, teams.
