VP Operations & Corporate Services – Saudi Arabia CLIENT Linum Consult’s client is seeking a VP of Operations and Corporate Services to oversee company operations across their three offices in the Middle East, from their main office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES • Overseeing company operations and corporate services including HR, administration, and communications across the region • Developing, improving, and monitoring the implementation of corporate operational procedures and processes • Identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency across multiple countries • Preparing corporate operations and services budgets in coordination with country operations • Overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives relating to operations and corporate services • Working closely with VPs for Technical Delivery to ensure sufficient operational support is provided to delivery teams
