Sales Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Sales Manager who is responsibilities include managing a high-performing sales team, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. Responsibilities: Achieve growth and sales targets by managing and training the sales team. Track and meet sales goals and quotas. Implement strategic business plans to grow the client base. Oversee and monitor sales team performance. Present sales, revenue, and forecasts to management. Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns. Motivate, counsel, and mentor the sales team. Identify emerging markets and stay updated with sales trends.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Specialist. Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing. Proven track record of closing deals. Strong business acumen and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
