Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of hospitality and real estate projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, zoning, and building requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting strategies and resources as necessary to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Conduct risk assessments for projects, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, including updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering Degree).
- Engineering Consultancy Experience, Minimum overall experience 10 years.
- Proven experience in project management within the hospitality and real estate development sectors.
English language Proficiency
- Strong understanding of construction methods.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
