Description Leadership and Strategy: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of digitalization and automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in line with the Engineering and Project Development organization's goals. * Oversee the deployment and management of automation tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. * Advocate for best practices in automation and digitalization within the PMO and across Project Management the organization. Project Management: * Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. * Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. * Use technology and automation process to implement project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and ensure project success. Technical Expertise: * Design, develop, and implement automated systems and digital solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. * Lead the implementation of Project Management system Contruent Enterprise and other project management tools, such as Unifier, Power BI to meet organizational requirements and enhance project management processes. * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in automation and digitalization. * Evaluate and integrate third-party solutions and technologies to enhance existing systems. * Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract insights from large datasets, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaboration and Communication: * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to identify automation opportunities and drive automation and digitalization. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote the adoption of new technologies and practices. * Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to senior management and stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum 10+ years of experience in Engineering & Project Management automation and digitalization, with a proven track record of successful project implementation. (Contruent Enterprise is a must) * Preferred certifications include digitalization and automation qualifications. * Strong expertise in automation tools used in projects. * Proficiency in analytics tools and visualization tools such as Power BI, Python, R, SQL, and Tableau. * Experience with big data technologies like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and data warehousing solutions. * Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex automated projects, with experience in project management methodologies and tools * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners * Proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Fast learner, adaptable to change to work in an agile environment
