Responsibilities Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Coordinator to join our Project Management Division based in Al Ula, KSA. This position is responsible for digital processes associated with the design and construction stages of a project. The BIM Coordinator will ensure that 3D models, drawings and structural data are hosted in one, accessible place and deliver project information model to clients. We envisage success in this role to include; - Guiding and managing BIM at operational level to ensure consistency of BIM uses and processes to support all stages of projects. - Supporting, mentoring and coaching team members to further develop proficiencies and provide opportunities to learn and develop. - Providing formal supervision to employees within single functional or operational area. Planning and monitoring appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor. - Developing and implementing the proposed BIM strategy and standards for clients. - Providing hands-on training to internal disciplines i.e. Revit, Dynamo, Revit Add-ins, Navisworks, BIM360. - Chairing BIM review meetings/workshops with Client including consultants and/or contractors. - Managing the BIM/design process such that the highest quality of design deliverables is submitted for project team reviews. - Carrying out BIM validation reviews i.e. BIM's, documentation files (schedules and drawing sheets) model checkers, design clash detection, visual checks, BIM360, QAQC checklists, RDS, Dynamo, COBie or any other applicable. - Ensuring and validating that coordination with other design discipline review teams are carried out. - Creating and maintaining project tracking documents for design outputs and reviews. - Monitoring the submissions of BIM design deliverables to ensure that all review actions have been responded and/or integrated. - Forecasting and monitoring progress for design actions that are on the critical path of design. - Monitoring consultants' compliance with BIM strategy and standards. - Assisting procurement team in tender development and award i.e. BIM capability assessment, execution plan, level of development matrix, models, registers, dummy TQ's, service agreements and appointments. - Providing BIM updates into monthly reports on status of design. - Identifying and assisting in creating content to enhance our digital asset and detail libraries. - Guiding the 'I' in BIM to leverage data collection and query for purposes of design intelligence, optimization, automation, simulation and downstream exploration for artificial intelligence.

Qualifications - To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 12 years experience working with BIM works on high end hospitality projects partnered with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent field. - Advanced proficiency in a range of computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and various Revit add-ins such as Dynamo, and integration tools with Specification, Energy Analysis, Cost control, Engineering analysis will be sought. - Advance proficiency in BIM360 Docs and Design (ACC) KEO's performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
