We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships to drive growth and expansion in the Saudi Arabian market, with a focus on Riyadh. Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry within the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in Riyadh. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion. - Lead the development and implementation of strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients. - Negotiate and finalize business contracts, agreements, and partnerships to drive revenue and achieve business targets. - Track and report on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management. - Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory developments to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

- Proven track record of success in business development within the construction industry, with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market. - Strong understanding of the construction industry, market dynamics, and business opportunities in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia. - Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers. - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and expansion. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. - Results-oriented and target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding business development targets and objectives. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be a plus. - Fluency in English and Arabic languages is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
