Construction Manager - Fit Out

The Construction Manager should have experience in civil construction projects and large-scale interior fit-out projects. This site-based role involves managing all daily site activities, coordinating and supervising a team of site supervisors and engineers, as well as overseeing subcontractors and key suppliers. Reporting directly to Senior Management, the Construction Manager will have the authority to organize the allocation of manpower and materials, hire resources and specialist equipment to meet project schedules and progress requirements, while monitoring project budgets, maintaining overall work quality, and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies at all times. The Construction Manager will actively participate in work planning, take responsibility for meeting project targets and deadlines, and clearly communicate the evolving scope of work to the entire site team and subcontractors.

We are seeking a versatile Construction Manager in KSA with the following qualifications, experience, skills, and personal attributes: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in interiors, with at least 2-4 years in a similar role Extensive knowledge of all site operations and experience managing projects of varying commercial values Proven track record of successful projects in sectors such as Hospitality, Hotels, High-End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education, etc. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent people and time management skills Effective communication skills
