* 0-3 years of buy-side investment experience within the MENA region (highly preferred). * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for investment research. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial information to diverse audiences. * A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving results. * Arabic fluency and Saudi nationality (a plus). * Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or actively pursuing the CFA program. * Capital Markets (CME) qualifications or willingness to obtain them upon joining.
