We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our company as a Business Development and Partnership Manager. As the Business Development and Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, cultivating business opportunities, and expanding our client base. Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers Lead contract negotiations and develop proposals for potential partnerships or business deals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnership agreements Monitor and report on market trends, competitive analysis, and industry developments Analyze sales and partnership data to identify areas for improvement and growth Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to create brand awareness and generate leads Skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Proven track record of success in business development and partnership management Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations to potential partners and clients Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Experience in the (industry) sector is preferred but not required
