Job Purpose:
Part of Civil Structural and Architectural Department in Al Khobar, the Candidate will work on Projects under the CSA HOD responsibility and will perform and coordinate the design of buildings, in an international context, for Oil and Gas Projects.
Must Have:<br/><br/>The resource has completed a course of study in Building Engineering-Architecture or Civil Engineering and has gained experience, in technical engineering industrial building design sector (better if in Oil and Gas industry with Saudi Aramco).
Experience in Building design using Autocad and/or Microstation 2 D softwares and 3 D modeling using Revit.
Capability to perform its work on time with the required quality level.
Capability to work in team, to ensure interface communication with other disciplines and to bring technical solutions to the project.
Capabilities in relationship and technical open mind.
Fluent in English.
Capability to work in international context.
Open to missions in engineering operating centers and/or construction sites.
5 years of Experience in Architectural design.
Experience in Structural design of Steel and Concrete structures.
Knowledge of building technological system.
Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing requirements.
Experience in building construction.<br/><br/>Main Responsibilities:<br/><br/>MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:<br/><br/>Carry out and coordinate the design of buildings and relevant 3 D modeling and MTOs.
Ensure timely reporting on engineering activities to the Building Section Head.
Ensure proper communication within building and civil works team and with other disciplines (. Process, Electric, Instrumentation, Firefighting, for management of interfaces.
Review and apply Project specifications and standards.
Provide value engineering on specifications and standards provided by Clients.
Meets quality and HSE objectives of the project.
Prepare transfer dossiers to other operating centers/Subcontractors for detail engineering.
Monitor design progress and ensure timely and qualitative preparation of project deliverables.
Assure that comments by other disciplines are incorporated in the design.
