Duties & Responsibilities: Developing the pricing strategy with, and assurance of optimum revenue and margins achieved across consumer commercial portfolio. Setting and monitoring KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of Salam pricing activity and pricing benchmarking exercise. Assessing & evaluating all new concepts by collaborating with the marketing/Sales team ensuring the best outcome that drives the company goals. Monitor and track Saudi Market pricing versus competition by managing comprehensive pricing landscape. Manage & develop Contingency planning, and war game scenarios for managing competitor reaction. Manage & develop quick wins to tackle available pockets of money for Etisalat through revenue boosting exercise. Design the commission schemes with coordination with segments/channel team that drives high value vs. cost. Manage & develop quick wins to improve customer ARPU & Margin. Developing, reviewing, and helping team members build consumer Business Cases covering all the consumer department needs while working with all stakeholders under the pricing process guidelines. Following up on the approval cycle with finance regarding consumer products and business cases Pricing post assessments and the enhancement of pricing Assumptions, raw data input, and quality of analysis Updating the monthly competitive landscape for all related market products while giving insights on pricing gaps, opportunities and portfolio development Developing the pricing team members and their skills, managing their output and performance Pricing pipeline reporting, follow up, updating, and presenting Required Education Level, Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s Degree in business / Marketing management, preferred economic/Statistic MBA is a plus. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills Excellent English command Required Experience+8 Years of Telecom Experience. Minimum 3 years in Telecom Pricing senior role.
