Coordinates the implementation of all programs under the Integration services area<br/><br/>Provides guidance and monitors compliance of integration programs<br/><br/>Conducts random sample reviews of client case notes and case files to ensure quality and timeliness of service provision and fulfillment of documentation requirements.<br/><br/>Prepares for and participates in on-site monitoring visits with the Site Director<br/><br/>Implement, maintain and adhere to corporate Information Security Policies<br/><br/>Understand and implement IT processes<br/><br/>Provide feedback contributing to process improvement/Revamp<br/><br/>Contribute to knowledgebase by adding new technical problems/ errors and how to resolve them.
