Job Req Number: 80886 Time Type: Full Time Position of : Business Change Manager We are offering you the opportunity to become DSV’s Business Change Manager for DSV KSA based in Riyadh. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence in DSV's Air & Sea division. Responsibilities include facilitating training, planning, and implementing systems, processes, and changes. The position encompasses testing system upgrades, providing Level 1 business support, and optimizing global KPIs. Ensure better customer reporting and guide local management through changes using the ADKAR approach. As a change expert, the role requires reviewing and implementing best practices across operational procedures and data quality standards. Collaboration with department leadership is key to building a culture of excellence and championing the implementation of new IT applications that streamline operations. Reporting Line: Report to:<br/><br/>Senior Manager: BCM & Customer Applications Matrix Reporting: Air & Sea Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh Responsibilities: Training & Development: Design, develop, and maintain training materials (guides, FAQs) adhering to ISO standards. Deliver impactful training for new and existing employees on various DSV systems, including Cargo Wise (CW1), my DSV or any other system applications, promoting best practices. Facilitate additional Air & Sea related training as needed by the business. Knowledge Transfer & Support: Manage and assist with maintaining the group service desk portal, supporting colleagues with system-related inquiries. Assist with country-wide system rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation. Leverages best practices in the gathering and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for solutions that may span multiple business areas by partnering with business, IT, and other stakeholders. Serve as the liaison between all functional groups involved in new business startups (IT, Engineering, Operation, etc.) for new customer implementations and complex IT projects. Bridge communication between department heads to meet business needs. Facilitate knowledge sharing through expansion/refresher training for existing employees. Change Management: Lead or assist with change management activities to ensure user adoption and minimize disruption during system and process transitions. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes. (Ensures adequate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new capabilities and solutions.)Manage all change initiatives within the organization, ensuring clear communication and user preparation. Maintain a strong focus on the human impact of change, mitigating risks and minimizing negative effects on employees. Performance Management & Process Optimization: Support performance against targets and KPIs by providing reports, data analysis, and improvement plans. Coach operational managers on service redesign and knowledge transfer, fostering a continuous improvement culture. Champion process re-engineering to eliminate waste and drive operational excellence. Project Management & Technical Skills: Manage small to medium system-related projects. Proficient in customer-facing applications (my DSV, e DC, Reporting etc.) Understand and utilize business support applications (Power BI)Keen understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics/brokerage processes and how different 3rd party and internal systems interact (via EDI, API, etc.) to function efficiently. Physical and/or Mental Requirements / Working Conditions: Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time in front of classes while conducting training. The successful candidate is often required to walk and use hand and eye coordination. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. System Landscape (core applications support): Cargowise One My Dsv Qlikview/Power BI Computer Literacy Level: Advanced: MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Good knowledge in MS Excel (Macro/VBA would be advantage)Cargowise, Customs System, Warehouse Systems etc Educational background / Work experience / Qualifications Forwarding and Logistics background preferred Business Process Mapping / continuous Improvement to define requirements & determine relevant solution. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or experience in lieu of education. Experience as a Change Consultant, Logistics Specialist, Business Analyst or a related field. Project Management Experience. Characteristics: Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills Self-Managed, Result Driven & outgoing personality Demonstrated ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects and tasks concurrently. Proactive and innovative. Structured and organized. Good communication and organization skills Ability to grasp quickly & able to sell the knowledge he/she gathers.
