Sales supervisor

Responsibilities: Set clear and deliver objectives that are consistent with the Company’s goals with each member of the territory team. Review progress versus objectives on daily meetings and take corrective action as appropriate. Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing Conducting market field check visit. Sell targeted new accounts. Follow up on potential new accounts identified through the market visit or the field accompany. Conduct field accompaniment with every member of the sales team at least one/2 weeks and evaluate him. Training for every member of the team by developing the skills and keep monitoring the progress of what you trained him. Motivation within the team to meet the objectives Support successful execution of core work (delivery, management, merchandising of planogramed and equipment base on the size of the business). Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer’s needs. Provide recognition and feedback to the Territory Sales Team. Experience & Qualification: Diploma's / bachelor's degree in related field.5 years of experiences in the same role Cash Van Sales Supervisor prefer in FMCG in Eastern Region.
