The Sales Director is responsible of Develop and drive sales strategy and growth initiatives that support the expansion of IICS products and services in the markets in order to ensure successful growth, profitability and achievement of business goals. Sales Operations Develops the commercial strategies, plans, policies and processes aligned to IICS’s overall strategy and vision, and ensure their effective implementation Developing new solutions to meet the market trend and ensuring continuous business growth for IICS. Driving excellence in Customer Services in order to maximize customer satisfaction and increase business potential. Highly collaborating with the Operations for to help smooth their customer relationships, minimizing collection average date of receivables and strengthening the relationship to capitalize on their on-going projects for increasing revenues form same and similar customers. Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring Develops in co-ordination with Finance, sales budget and oversees the development and management of internal operating budgets Drives, supports, monitors and controls a detailed sales business plan for the regions Develops special pricing/discount policies. Controls and monitors sales, pricing, credit etc. Achieves maximum efficiency on receivable collection control with full adherence to customer credit terms and conditions Monitors sales reports, measurement, follows up and achieves sales results by segments Ensure compliance to all relevant quality management system procedures to guarantee delivery of high-quality products/service Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met Team management Manage the department staff on dimensions including time management, quality of work etc so that are carried out effectively and efficiently. Identify the training and developmental priorities of the department in consultation with department and Human Resources department and ensure that staff are adequately skilled to meet future requirements. Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance and ensure they keep abreast of technical developments, relevant regulations, and best practice JOB SPECIFICATIONSEngineering/Business Administration A minimum 8-12 years of overall experience in equivalent position in automation, instrumentation & control systems.
