Job Summary: The IT Governance and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a framework of IT governance and ensuring quality standards across all IT processes and systems. This role involves overseeing compliance with internal policies and external regulations, managing risk, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services Key Accountabilities: IT Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks and policies. Ensure IT processes align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Monitor compliance with IT policies and procedures and manage IT governance documentation. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage IT risks to minimize their impact on the organization. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for IT processes and deliverables. Develop and implement QA methodologies, metrics, and reporting systems. Assure the quality of IT services, IT Systems, implemented systems, and changes by 3rd parties. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the IT department and recommend solutions. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and performance. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the IT team. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001). Coordinate and manage internal and external IT audits. Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT governance and quality assurance.gains. Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, and quality assurance. Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and quality assurance methodologies. Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001) and IT auditing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with enterprise risk management and business continuity planning. Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on IT governance and quality assurance. Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken)Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
