DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. Provide high-level administrative support to C Kevel, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing events.. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees. Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, and ensure messages are relayed promptly and accurately.. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information, executive decisions, and personal matters relating to C level. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for the Chief. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring information is easily accessible when needed.. Assist the Chief in managing special projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination of resources.. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the Chief's budget, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.. Provide administrative support to the Chief's direct reports and other team members as needed.. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate open communication and collaboration. EXPERIENCE: About 5-7 years of related experience of which a minimum of 2+ years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. ORGANIZATION-WIDE COMPETENCY:· Proven experience as an office manager or executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
