Area 1: Planning and Task allocation:Responsible for all scheduling activities on the project, Participation in initial planning for the project during design and procurement stage and identify overall critical path for Major projects.
The following main tasks are undertaken by Project Engineer:Administration of ProjectsCoordination with all necessary DepartmentsProcurement of contracts for executionProcurement of the necessary materials.Project execution.Commissioning of the completed projects. Qualification Bachelor of Engineering degree with project management experience.A minimum of 10 years' experience is required, with the main experience in refining and/or petrochemical industry projectexecution.It is preferable that the candidate has previous experience with gas conversion projects.Experience in working with multiple discipline projects, with knowledge of covering major need of project executions.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of gas conversion projects.Six key competencies from PRC behavioral and leadership competencies:1. Analytical Skills2. Results orientation3. Conceptualizations skills4. Leadership Skills and negotiation skills
