Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the Construction industry in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Key Accountabilities Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules tailored to water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Utilize specialized project management software such as Primavera P6 to create, update, and monitor project timelines. Identify critical path activities and implement strategies to mitigate schedule delays. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Track and analyze project expenses, including construction, operation, and maintenance costs. Conduct cost variance analysis and forecast future expenditures to maintain budget control. Conduct risk assessments specific to water and wastewater projects, focusing on environmental, regulatory, and community impact risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor and report on risk status throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize hydraulic modeling software (e.g., EPANET, Water CAD) for project design and analysis. Employ GIS tools for spatial data management and project planning. Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage contract terms and conditions for design-build, construction, and operation and maintenance contracts. Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to resolve contractual issues. Communicate project status, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory compliance requirements to stakeholders. Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and public outreach materials. Foster effective communication within the project team and with external partners. Lead and manage project control teams, providing guidance and support to team members. Foster a collaborative environment with engineering, environmental, regulatory, and community stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Stay updated on relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices in the water and wastewater sector. Ensure project compliance with the Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, and other applicable regulations. Promote sustainable infrastructure development and emerging trends within the industry. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCP (Certified Cost Professional) are preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project control, planning, and management within the water and wastewater infrastructure sector. Proficiency with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., EPANET, Water CAD) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6). Experience with GIS for spatial data management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies tailored to infrastructure projects. Expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement. Proven experience in cost control and schedule management for infrastructure projects. Ability to develop and manage detailed project budgets and schedules. Knowledge of risk assessment techniques and mitigation strategies specific to water and wastewater projects. Ability to manage environmental, regulatory, and community impact risks. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Analytical skills to interpret complex project data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with contract terms and conditions for infrastructure projects. Experience in contract negotiation and management. Demonstrated experience in leading project control teams. Ability to foster collaboration and support team development. Understanding of the water and wastewater industry, including relevant regulations and best practices. Awareness of emerging trends in sustainable infrastructure development.
