A deep understanding of end-to-end customer needs journeys and behaviors and how these are changing (external and internal customer of the organization). Experience in Agile design and delivery of Digital and/or IT Solutions and onshore/offshore delivery models would be considered favorably. Ability to generate digital enhanced, innovative ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems and drive insightful recommendations. Experience and evidence of thought leadership and a market recognized reputation in the market. Have a forward-thinking view of the opportunity for enhanced digital capabilities in the banking operating model and how they add business value. Excellent verbal and communications skills Possess a fundamental understanding of solution selling. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships at a very senior level with clients gaining trusted advisor status Domain expertise in Banking Strong influencing and negotiation skills Experience in IBM technology software or services sales to large accounts would be a significant plus.
