As a Cost Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for our projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the cost estimation process is thorough and aligned with project requirements. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our diverse range of projects. Responsibilities Gather and analyze project data to determine cost factors including materials, labor, and equipment Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project specifications and requirements Collaborate with project teams to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations Perform cost analysis and evaluation to validate and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle Review and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness Prepare cost reports and documentation for project proposals and presentations Keep abreast of industry trends and market prices to maintain accurate cost estimation benchmarks Participate in value engineering sessions to optimize project costs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Proven 10 years experience as a Cost Estimation Engineer or similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of cost estimation methodologies and tools Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in value engineering and cost optimization is preferred* Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
