The Job

You will be responsible for:
  • Operating, providing, and implementing various operations/logistical and administration functions.
  • Monitoring day-to-day administrative activities related to Iqama, including office equipment maintenance and inventory control.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating organization operations in line with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and supporting visa operations.
  • Updating and adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Developing effective relationships with external stakeholders and government departments.
  • Keep up to date with all government updates and communicate any updates changes to the management team.
  • Create basic SOP and support the team with templates and guides.

The Profile

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within professional services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to undertake 30-60% travel.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English (read, write, speak, and understand).
  • Valid KSA driving license and own transportation.
  • Highly motivated, responsible, and reliable with a proven track record.
  • Extensive experience in KSA labor, immigration, and company setup regulations.
  • Familiarity with online government portals for application processes.
  • You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point).
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
