Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Materials Coordinator - Offshore Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of materials and logistics for offshore operations projects.
2. Ensure timely delivery of materials to offshore locations.
3. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of required materials.
4. Maintain inventory control and track material usage.
5. Monitor and optimize logistics processes to minimize delivery times and costs.
6. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in materials management.
7. Maintain accurate documentation and records of materials and logistics activities.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any materials-related issues.
9. Conduct regular inspections of materials and equipment to ensure their suitability and quality.
10. Participate in project meetings and provide input on materials and logistics matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Materials Coordinator or a similar role in offshore operations.
• Extensive knowledge of materials management principles and processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using materials management software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing materials and logistics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Flexibility to travel to offshore locations as required.
