  • Zad Group is a  dynamic company based in Jeddah. We specialize in Quick Service and casual dining Restaurants and are the Saudi franchisee for the international brands: Marble Slab Creamery and the owner of the local restaurant brand Meez. 

Role Description :-

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jeddah. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's HR function, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.

Qualifications :-

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • 5 years experience in HR functions including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven ability to use HR systems and tools to manage HR functions.
  • Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
