• Tha main purpose of this job is to support the sales team with daily operations and on special projects as requested. 
• Prepares inquiries with all required information that are specific and clear to ensure that items’ information are presented accurately 
• Coordinates and follows up on clients' local orders including sourcing, production, quality control and delivery if needed.
• Sends Inquiries to the purchasing team to proceed with sourcing
• Coordinates internally with purchasing, costing, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of orders/inquiries to clients. 
• Continuously follows up on the production process to ensure on-time delivery and to handle problems as they arise 
• Assists in establishing accurate suppliers database classified by category and location and status of suppliers.
