Job Details


  • Product knowledge: develop a solid understanding of the hvac products and services offered by the company. (we will provide an orientation to bring you up to speed)(having knowledge about hvac systems is preferred).

  • Sales presentations: conduct engaging sales presentations, highlighting the value proposition of the hvac systems to potential clients. Tailor the presentations to address specific customer needs and pain points.

  • Customer relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide prompt follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Proposal preparation: assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations. Work with the sales team to create compelling offers that align with customer needs and budget constraints.

  • Sales negotiation: engage in negotiation with potential clients to close deals. Understand customer objections and concerns, and offer suitable solutions to overcome them.

  • Market research: stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors' activities. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.

  • Team collaboration: collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.

  • Documentation: maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's crm system.

  • Continuous learning: stay updated with sales techniques, customer relationship management, and industry knowledge to improve sales effectiveness continually.
