  • Job Description: Partnership Relationship Executive

Job brief:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Partnership Relationship Executive to join our team.
  • As a Partnership Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key business partners and affiliates.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key business partners, including technology vendors, resellers, and industry associations.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth, expand market reach, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact and developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify joint business opportunities, create value propositions, and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive partner engagement and enablement through training, resources, and support to ensure effective promotion and selling of our SaaS ERP software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to align strategies and leverage partner relationships for mutual success.
  • Monitor and track partnership performance, including revenue generation, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, terms, and legal requirements.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate with partners at various levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of partnership dynamics, including joint value creation, go-to-market strategies, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to leverage partnerships for business growth.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and systems for partner relationship management and performance tracking.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as email clients, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry, ERP software, and understanding of business processes is advantageous.
  • Note: This position may require occasional travel for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
