A Fine Silver Jewelry brand is seeking a full-time in-house Brand manager with a strong portfolio
Responsibilities
· Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
· Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
· Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
· Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
· Excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively along with customer engagement.
· Handling our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
· Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
· Collaborate with the other teams (marketing, sales and the creative team) to ensure brand consistency
· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
· Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
· Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
· Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok
Skills and Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
· More education or experience may be preferred or required.
· Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
