• We are looking for a detail-oriented food quality control officer to oversee our operation.
• You will be testing our products, reviewing products for industry compliance, and auditing production procedures.
• Also, you need to train employees on quality standards.

QC Auditor Responsibilities:

• Creation of audit schedule to cover all branches and central kitchens.
• Perform food safety audit against company HACCP based PRP.
• Conduct training and workshops on specific standards where required.
• Assist in the training of other auditors during planned audits or during other training functions.
• To participate actively in witness audits.
• Monitoring and inspect all operating process to ensure it complies with our PRPs.
• Goods receiving monitoring.
• Final product inspection before transfer to our branches.
• Monitor goods storage and application of FEFO code.
• Monitor GHP at central kitchens.
• Application of HACCP plan.
• Monitor health and safety practice against local governmental procedures.
• Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager.

Education/Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Biological Science.
•  2 years work experience of proven management function in hospitality industry.
