Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, present and implement the general and future financial plan in the short and long term.
- Ensure the control and follow-up of all the budgets of the sections and commitment to continuous implementation
- Prepare and submit the accounting work plan and the documentary course for the general management of all sections of the company.
- Designing and issuing official accounting documentary papers to activate the financial and accounting work procedures in accordance with the instructions of the quality system.
- Effective control of the conduct of work procedures within the financial management and joint cooperation among other departments according to the actual work procedures and activities to reach the desired goals
- Prepare and submit all the required financial and accounting reports periodically and required for all sections and branches of the company monthly.
- Resurrection and audit of internal accounts and ensure the correctness of data and external audit of the company and ensure the accuracy, correctness and conformity of data for all suppliers and sales outlets for all branches and areas of business of the company.
- Receive and review the non-conformity reports of the financial administration and put the corrective action under the quality system applications and submit it to the general manager to take the necessary preventive measures for non-recurrence and finalize them and save them in special files
- Review and audit all external contracts of the company in coordination with the Director General, which pertain to financial specifications. And inclusion in the quality records within the requirements of the quality system.
- Attend periodic management meetings and submit all necessary reports and present problems and obstacles and means of appropriate solutions to make the appropriate decision.
- Commitment to all budgets established and direct coordination with other departments in not exceeding the ceiling of budgets prepared and approved.
- Rapid response to the requirements of public administration and appropriate implementation according to the accuracy and time agreed upon
- Conducting the economic feasibility study regarding expansion and spreading and establishing branches in different regions of the Kingdom when needed and according to the budgets set and agreed within the scope of the company's regulations.
- Follow-up on all the company's property in the branches and sections and inventory carried out by the management of resources and the assessment of assets and registration and make sure not to lose any of them in each specific period of time.
- Comply with the implementation of the system of commissions, rewards and penalties and implementation within the scope of business systems in the company.
