Role Summary:

The Project Manager will manage the whole project with his intellectual skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs,processes and project plan to ensure timely engineering departments.

Qualifications/Experience: 

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Mechanical engineering or project management position.

At least 10-15 years of experience in project management, fire fighting and fire alarm field.
Job Description:

• Follow up the civil, mechanical and electrical work at site.
• Responsible for daily and monthly achievement targets.
• Get the approvals for materials from client.
• Supervision on the safety of the workers and tools.
• Take part in the writing of reports that describe the results of a project 
• Attend client meetings, receive and reply of client letters.
• Responsible for organizing the work groups inside the site.
• Presence within the project throughout working hours.
• Identify opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements 
• Follow the project management guidelines or who represent them.
• Prepare schedule time and updated it as site condition.
• Lead a varied staff that will include employees, customers, partner companies, or subcontractors
