About the Job

Shaghaf and Love for Coffee Roastery is looking for a Cashier to join its team in Qatif, Eastern Province. The cashier plays a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service and efficiently completing sales transactions, while maintaining a welcoming and organized work environment. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and assisting them with their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately completing sales transactions via the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash payments, Mada cards, credit cards, and gift cards.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, and ensuring promotional materials on display are up to date.
• Managing cash, including reconciling the till at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Providing customers with detailed information about products, such as menu items, special offers, and ingredients.
• Coordinating with the barista and other team members to ensure orders are prepared on time and to enhance the level of customer service.
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing feedback and complaints quickly and professionally.
• Assisting in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
• Adhering to all health and safety requirements, and ensuring the café's cleanliness and compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• A friendly and professional approach when dealing with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle Point of Sale (POS) systems.
