About the Role

TELUS International AI Community is seeking Arabic Speakers for a Media Search Analyst position in Saudi Arabia. This part-time role offers flexibility in scheduling and involves evaluating various media content using a web-based tool. The position is a long-term project with a focus on quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcast, and home pod evaluations across various media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store Content.
• Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No previous professional experience is required for this role (0-1 years of experience).
• Candidates must pass basic requirements and a standard assessment process.
• Successful completion of an open-book qualification exam is mandatory.
• Completion of ID verification is required.
• Candidates will receive guidelines and learning materials prior to the qualification exam.
• The exam must be completed within a specific timeframe, at the candidate's convenience.

Work Type

This is a part-time, long-term project. Work will be subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the term of the agreement.
