Job Description

Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects to ensure safety, compliance, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of infrastructure such as roads, buildings, and utilities.

• Deliver designs meeting safety and code requirements
• Reduce project costs through value engineering
• Complete projects on schedule milestones
• Oversee construction quality and inspection results
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in civil/structural design or construction supervision
• Knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and regulations
• Proficiency with engineering design and calculation tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Civil engineering design (roads, drainage, structures)
• Structural and geotechnical basics
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or Revit
• STAAD/ETABS/SAP2000 basics
• Hydraulics/drainage and surveying basics
• Project scheduling (MS Project) and quantity estimation
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving and engineering judgment
• Communication with stakeholders and contractors
• Leadership and team collaboration
