وحدة التطوير المركزية (CDU). تعمل وحدة التطوير المركزية كمركز للتميز، حيث تضع المعايير وتعزز الاتساق عبر مشاريع التطوير المعقدة من خلال توفير الأدوات والعمليات لتقديم أفضل الممارسات.
يضمن قطاع التميز في التصميم تجسيد المشاريع لـ
"روح القدية" من خلال إنشاء مقاييس موحدة لجودة التصميم عبر البرنامج.

المدينة الافتراضية لدينا هو المسؤول عن محرك Unreal Engine لمدينة القدية، حيث يوفر التصور والمحاكاة والتعاون في الوقت الفعلي من خلال ربط بيانات GIS وBIM وIMS لتوجيه عملية اتخاذ القرارات التطويرية استراتيجيًا.
يركز دور المدير الأول على الإشراف الفني وضبط الجودة للأصول الرقمية لمدينتنا الافتراضية المبنية في Unreal Engine. وهو دور يتطلب
خبرة فنية عميقة واهتمامًا دقيقًا بالتفاصيل.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- تعزيز قيمة "السلامة أولاً" بشركة القدية للاستثمار، ولا سيما الثقة في ممارسة سلطة "إيقاف العمل"، والالتزام بمعايير وسلوكيات الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية ذات الصلة

- مراقبة وتقييم جودة تحديثات النماذج المقدمة من الاستشاريين والمصممين الخارجيين
- إنشاء والحفاظ على هيكل ملفات قوي، وأساليب عمل، وتوثيق لدعم الامتثال الفني
- استكشاف المشكلات الفنية وإصلاحها فيما يتعلق بتكامل الأصول الرقمية والنمذجة
- التقييم والتحسين المستمر لسير العمل الفني لتعزيز سلامة النماذج الرقمية
- تطبيق وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات لامتثال الأصول وإدارة البيانات الرقمية

المتطلبات
المؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، أو علوم الحاسوب، أو تطوير الألعاب، أو الإعلام الرقمي، أو أي مجال ذي صلة، وتعتبر درجة الماجستير ميزة إضافية.
الشهادات المهنية (إن كانت مطلوبة)
يُعد التسجيل المهني في التخصص المعني (أو ما يماثله - مثل مهندس معتمد) ميزة إضافية
الخبرة
- خبرة عمل مثبتة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تطوير تطبيقات ثلاثية الأبعاد في الوقت الفعلي في محرك Unreal Engine و/أو خطوط إنتاج افتراضية أخرى
- خبرة في بروتوكولات ضبط الجودة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها فنياً في إدارة الأصول الرقمية لضمان معايير عالية من سلامة النماذج الرقمية
- خلفية قوية في BIM وGIS وإدارة هياكل الأصول الرقمية المعقدة
- القدرة المثبتة على إعداد وصيانة أساليب العمل الفنية، وهياكل الملفات، وتوثيق الامتثال
- إتقان Unreal Engine مع خبرة واسعة في النمذجة الرقمية في مجال التصور المعماري
- يُفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية/الشرق الأوسط
- دعم الفريق خلال فترات التغيير في الأعمال.
- الاستفادة من مهارات استثنائية في الكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية - وصياغة الأفكار والاستراتيجيات وأداء المشاريع لمجموعة متنوعة من الجماهير والتأثير على المستويات الإدارية العليا.

Role Specific Requirements
The Senior Manager - Digital Asset Compliance is a key member of
Design Excellence vertical of the
Central Development Unit (CDU). CDU acts as a center of excellence, setting standards and driving consistency across complex development projects by providing tools and processes for best practice delivery.
Design Excellence ensures projects embody
"Qiddiya-ness" by creating standardized measures of design quality across the program.
Our Virtual City team is the custodian of the Qiddiya City Unreal Engine, providing real-time visualization, simulation, and collaboration by linking our GIS, BIM and IMS data to strategically guide Development decision-making.
The role of Senior Manager is dedicated to the technical oversight and quality control of our virtual City's digital assets built in Unreal Engine. A role that requires
deep technical expertise and attention to detail.

- Establishes and maintains robust file structure, workflows, and documentation to support technical compliance
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to digital assets integration and modeling
- Continuously assesses and improves technical workflow to enhance the integrity of the digital models

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Game development, Digital Media, or related field, master's degree would be an advantage.
Professional Certifications (if Required)
Professional registration in the respective discipline (or similar - i.e. Chartered Engineer) would be an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of proven work experience in developing real time 3D applications in unreal engine and/or other virtual production pipelines
- Experience with quality control protocols and technical troubleshooting in digital assets management ensuring high standards of digital model integrity
- Strong background in BIM, GIS, and the management of complex digital assets structures
- Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain technical workflows, file structures, and compliance documentation
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine with extensive experience in digital modeling in architectural visualization field
- Previous KSA/Middle East experience preferred
- Supports team through periods of business change.
- Leverage exceptional written and verbal skills in English - articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences and to influence at senior levels.
