Key Responsibilities

Strategic Performance Management

• Develop and institutionalize a group-wide performance management framework aligned with corporate strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs for SBUs, functions, and leadership roles.
• Cascade corporate targets into operational scorecards and dashboards.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews for all subsidiaries.
• Analyze financial and operational results versus targets, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare executive-level performance reports for senior leadership and board committees.

KPI Governance & Standardization

• Design KPI dictionaries, calculation methodologies, and reporting protocols.
• Ensure consistency of KPIs across business units.
• Validate data integrity and coordinate with Finance, HR, and IT for system integration.

Performance Improvement

• Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Support transformation initiatives and track value realization.
• Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

Systems & Analytics

• Oversee implementation and utilization of performance systems (EPM, BI dashboards, ERP integrations).
• Drive automation of reporting and analytics.
• Establish data visualization standards for executive reporting.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with CEOs, GMs, and functional heads to ensure KPI alignment and accountability.
• Facililitate performance review workshops and strategy follow-ups.
• Act as a central performance advisor to leadership.

Qualifications

Relevant Experience Required

• 7–12 years of experience in performance management, corporate strategy, FP&A, consulting, or business analytics.
• Proven track record in designing KPIs, scorecards, and performance frameworks at group or enterprise level.
• Experience working with multi-company structures, holding groups, or diversified organizations.
• Strong financial analysis capability (variance analysis, forecasting, profitability analysis).
• Hands-on experience with performance tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle EPM, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience presenting performance insights to senior executives or board members.
• Background in transformation programs, PMO environments, or strategy execution is highly preferred.
• Experience in diversified groups is a plus.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CMA, CFA, PMP, Balanced Scorecard, or KPI Professional are advantageous.
