About the Role

Aljomaih Automotive Company is looking for a Shipping Clerk to join its team in Hail. The person in this role will be responsible for managing and tracking the receipt and shipment of goods, as well as ensuring the accuracy of related records and documents. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and is available full-time.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Accurately record receiving, shipping, and unloading data in designated logs.
• Inspect incoming goods based on bills of lading and other documents, and review the components and contents of goods prepared for shipment.
• Study shipping cost categories and schedules to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Arrange the assembly of goods and ensure the accuracy of the address and recipient.
• Prepare shipping documents and handle matters related to insurance, customs, route, and delivery.
• Follow the shipping and receiving tracking system, including receiving signatures from recipients for delivered goods.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Ability to accurately record data and handle multiple documents.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
